We firmly believe, based on all available literature, evidence and current studies, that vaccines do not cause autism or other developmental disabilities.
We firmly believe that vaccinating children and young adults may be the single most important health promoting intervention we perform as health care providers and that you can perform as parents/caregivers. The recommended vaccines and their schedule is given are the results of years and years of scientific study and data gathering on millions of children by thousands of our brightest scientists and physicians.
Finally, if you should absolutely refuse to vaccinate your child despite all our efforts, or if you fail to comply with our minimum immunization schedule, we will ask you to find another health care provider who shares your views. Please recognize that by not vaccinating you are putting your child and other children at unnecessary risk for life-threatening illness, disability, and even death.

Our Vaccine Philosophy
Dr. Allevato promises to help protect all the children whom we care for in our office. This includes requiring all children to be fully vaccinated according to the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines.
When you bring your child into our office, feel assured that the parents of children sitting in our waiting room have chosen to vaccinate them against very contagious diseases like Measles, Mumps, Pertussis and others.
Vaccines are the most important advancement in Medicine in the past 100 years! We do not want to see your children contract a disease that can be easily prevented by safe and effective immunization.
